Known by His love.

In today’s workplaces, many Christians struggle to reflect Jesus-like love in their interactions. Instead of being known for love, believers often blend into the culture, focusing on personal success, competition, or simply surviving the workday. Relationships at work can be transactional rather than transformational, and opportunities to demonstrate Jesus' love are often missed.

Jesus calls us to a higher standard: to love one another as He has loved us (John 13:34-35). Without this defining characteristic, our witness loses its impact. The problem is clear – Christian professionals are not consistently living out love in a way that transforms their workplaces for Jesus.

After nearly 30 years of watching Christians navigate workplace relationships, I felt compelled to do something to try and help us more authentically reflect Jesus' love in how we treat and care for one another.

This isn’t a solo effort - it’s a movement that all Christians need to be a part of. Together, we can create workplaces where

Jesus-like love is evident through our actions. This isn't just another study to go through - it's an invitation to live differently.

This is about a renewed commitment to live out biblical Jesus-like love which is humble, sacrificial, enduring, and

                       restorative in our everyday interactions.
